We had an amazing stay at this place! The room was beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious, perfect for our needs with an infant. The service exceeded our expectations, as the restaurant cook went above and beyond to prepare special and healthy meals for our toddler. The breakfast offered a great variety of Chinese and Western options, ensuring that everyone in our family was satisfied. The grounds were absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous riverfront location and a fantastic playground for the kids. The staff was exceptional, finding a guitar for us and even surprising me with a birthday cake after dinner. We would definitely recommend this luxurious and comfortable hotel to our family and friends, as it provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I loved the spacious and beautifully decorated room, perfect for traveling with an infant. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my toddler's dietary restrictions, which was impressive. The breakfast had a good variety of Chinese and Western options to choose from. The hotel also had nice grounds and plenty of walking tracks for some exercise.

Nothing is perfect!

The hotel boasts stunning grounds that offer wonderful walking tracks around the property, alongside a picturesque riverside location that creates a relaxing and serene atmosphere. the hotel staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs, such as organising day trips and transfers. the rooms are comfortable, with excellent wifi and a beautiful swimming pool.

The hotel's dining options are somewhat limited and may not meet everyone's expectations.

The hotel had some good things going for it. the breakfast selection was impressive and it had something for both Western and Chinese tastes. the hotel was conveniently located near some great attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the staff was welcoming and friendly, always willing to help with our queries.

There were some downsides to our stay. The hotel was quite expensive for what it offered, and we felt like we could have gotten better value for our money elsewhere.

We had an amazing city trip experience! the hotel was situated in a beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains. the staff were very friendly and always helpful, providing us with excellent customer service. We also loved the swimming pool and the walking tracks around the property, which offered a great opportunity for exercise and relaxation.

Although there were good options for breakfast, the food in the restaurant was not up to our expectations. We found that the prices were quite high, considering the quality of the food.
